| Payment terms |
| In Scalapay, by accessing your account in the "Orders" section, you will be able to see the payment dates. The installments are automatically charged to the card you have selected as "default" in the account. Keep in mind that installments are charged one month and two months later, before midnight on the day of expiration. If you decide to pay in advance you can do it from your Scalapay account in the Payment Schedule section. Then, you just have to select the installment you want and click on "Pay now" to access the installment data. Remember to confirm the payment to finish the process.

| Returns and refunds |
| Returns and refunds are managed exclusively by Caramerlito with our return policies that you will find here. Therefore, Scalapay cannot refund an order without our authorization. For more information on returns and refunds, you must contact our customer service or access the link above. Once we have received and approved your return, you will be issued a refund based on the fees already paid. The refund will be returned to you through the card you used to place the order, while the installments that have not yet been paid will be canceled. You will have to wait up to 5 business days before the money is available in your account. In case of partial refund, the amount of the refund will be deducted first from the unpaid installments that will be reduced or cancelled. If necessary, part or all of the fees already paid will be refunded to you. If you have made a return and have not received the refund, you should contact us as soon as possible, otherwise contact Scalapay and they will contact us. We remind you that Scalapay is not authorized to issue refunds without our approval. Fees are in effect until we authorize the refund. |
