Returns

The total period to make an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from when you received the package.

If you make your return within the first 15 days of receiving the order, we will process a refund to the original payment method. After this period of 15 days, we will generate a code for the amount that you can find in your account.

We do not accept returns after the deadlines indicated above. If you try to make a return after these times, we may have to refuse delivery or send it back to you and we will have to ask you to cover the shipping costs :(

It is not necessary to notify us in advance, if you want to change the size of the garment you have received or exchange this garment for another item, you must place a new order. Follow the steps:

1· Make a new purchase with the correct size or the product for which you want to change. It is important that when the package arrives back at the warehouse the new order is made, so when proceeding with the refund we will take care of the shipping costs of the new order by adding them to the amount of the return (standard shipping costs €4.99)

2· Fill in the return form that includes your package with the information we ask for and the reference of the new order, it is very important so that we know which order and client it is about!

3· Pack the garment to return, if it is in the original packaging better! We recommend covering the information that appears from the original shipment, to avoid problems.

4· Take your package to the transport agency that you consider and make sure to obtain the shipping receipt in case you need to use it later.

BASIC CONDITIONS: Try on your garment and if it does not convince you, send it back to us so that someone else can enjoy it, but please do not use it, do not remove its original labeling and keep its packaging bag. If when inspecting the garment it is defective or used, we will not be able to accept the return and we will have to send you the garment again and also ask you to cover these new shipping costs :(

Remember that the package that you are going to send us is your responsibility until it arrives back at the warehouse, so confirm that it cannot be damaged along the way and that the shipment is complete.

If your package has arrived back but you have not made the new request for the change, we will manage the process as a normal return.

At Caramerlito we strive so that you get your garment right the first time, we advise you to carefully read the information that appears inside the product, remember that the table of measurements is indicative, so always choose the size you normally wear and that way you will not have a problem!

In case of receiving defective or erroneous products, Caramerlito will take charge of collecting and resending the correct product at no cost to the customer and as soon as possible.

If this were the case, contact us so we can solve it immediately, keep in mind that the deadline to claim this service is 15 calendar days from when you received the order and that this product must be unused and with its original labeling.

Remember that when your order leaves the warehouse you will receive tracking from the transport agency in the mail. This follow-up has the task of helping you expedite the delivery of the package, since a problem may arise at the time of delivery and thus you can control the location of your package at all times or contact the transport agency in case if necessary.

If the transport agency fails to deliver the package successfully and it returns to our facilities, we will immediately proceed with the full refund of the order. If you have paid for your order by bank transfer, a code for the amount will be used that you can find in your account.

In the event of a package being refused through no fault of our company, the expenses incurred in returning the package to the warehouse will be subtracted from the amount of the order.

To have the refund of your return, you must take into account that we only refund the amount for returns received during the first 15 calendar days of the term. Once this period has elapsed, Caramerlito will accept your garment back but, in this case, we will generate a voucher for the amount so that you can use it on your next purchase.

SHIPPING COSTS: We only take charge of the shipping costs for size or garment changes. If it is a return of a garment, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.

The reimbursement of the amount is an administrative procedure whose term can oscillate between 5 and 7 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. Remember that the payment will be made in the same payment method that you used in the purchase.

Have you made the payment by bank transfer? In this case, we will need your IBAN code to make the refund.

If it is a change of size or garment, Caramerlito will bear the shipping costs back to the warehouse. If it is a return in exchange for the amount, unless there is a free returns promotion, the customer must bear the shipping costs generated in said return.

Customers from the European Union have 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt of their order, to cancel their purchase made in Caramerlito.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is necessary that you notify us through our contact form.

We remind you that you should not provide your card details via email, fax or social networks.

You will not be able to exercise your right to custom made garments, underwear and masks.

In this case, the term for reimbursement will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Products that are on sale will not be returned.
