Returns

The maximum period to make a change or return is 30 calendar days from the date you received the package.
If you wish to make a change or return in exchange for a refund of the amount, you must make the return within 15 calendar days, after these first 15 days we will generate a voucher for the amount of the garment.

To make a return for another size of the garment that has arrived you must follow the following procedure:

·  Make a new purchase with the product of the correct size.
·  Indicate in observations that it is a change in size and specify the reference of the original order (the wrong size).
·  Fill in the returns form and pack the garment to be returned, if it is in the original packaging better!

The new order will be processed and the shipment will be made in return mode, that is; the dealer will deliver the new order and collect the garment to be returned at the same time. As soon as the package arrives at the workshop and it is checked that everything is ok and with its original labeling, we will proceed with the refund of the money.

At Caramerlito we strive to get your garment right the first time, we advise you to carefully read the information that appears inside the product, remember that the measurement table is indicative, so always choose the size you use normally and you will not have a problem !

The most important tips that you have to take into account to make your return!!!

·  To make a return you have 30 calendar days from when you receive the order, manage it before the end of the term!
·  The garment must be in perfect condition and contain its original labeling. Try not to undo the packaging for recycling in shipping.
·  The shipping costs of the order will not be refunded.
·   We will not be able to accept a garment in the workshop that is used and / or without a label.

Once the return form is filled in (it is very important so that we know what order it is!) You can make the shipment to our facilities by the means you deem appropriate (the costs of this shipment are borne by the customer).

* We advise for shipments through the Post Office, to make it certified, since in this way losses and returns of the merchandise are avoided, thus avoiding delays in the procedures.

In case of receiving defective or erroneous products, Caramerlito will take charge of collecting and resending the correct product at no cost to the customer and as soon as possible. If any of this occurs, please contact us so we can help you.

Keep in mind that the deadline for claiming this service is the same as for making a normal return.

When the transport agency has not been able to deliver a package and it returns to our facilities back, we will immediately proceed with the full refund of the order.

In case of being a rejected package for reasons beyond the company, the expenses incurred in the return of the package to the facilities will be subtracted from the amount of the order.

* Remember that whenever your order leaves our facilities you receive the tracking of the transport agency in the mail and in sms so that you can expedite the delivery of the same.

Customers from the European Union have 14 calendar days, from the date of receipt of their order, to cancel their purchase made in Caramerlito.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is necessary that you notify us through our contact form.

We remind you that you should not provide your card details via email, fax or social networks.

You will not be able to exercise your right to custom made garments, underwear and masks.

In this case, the term for reimbursement will be a maximum of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Products that are on sale will not be returned.

To have a refund for your return, you must bear in mind that only returns received during the first 15 calendar days of the return period will be entitled to this. Once this period has elapsed, Caramerlito will accept your garment back but, in this case, we will generate a voucher for the amount so that you can use it on your next purchase.

The refund of the amount is an administrative procedure whose term can range between 5 and 7 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. Remember that the payment will be made in the same payment method that you used in the purchase.

Have you made the payment by bank transfer? In this case, we will need your IBAN code to make the refund.

Unless there is a promotion of free returns, the customer must bear the shipping costs generated in said return.
